We have selected 2 grades of whole hams (back leg of pig). We do not import any hams from pigs which are indoor reared - all our hams are made from either free range or outdoor reared pigs, and all are matured for a minimum period of 24 months. This guarentees you will be buying a ham of the highest quality.
