PARCELS: our delivery charges from July 2009 for UK mainland (excluding Scottish Highlands) are £4.95 for 2-3 day parcel service and £8.95 for next day parcel service regardless of the size or number of items you order.

GIFT BOXES AND BAGS: these, and any order including alcohol, must be delivered using our specialist courier service - the cost is £6.95 to UK mainland (not Scottish Highlands). Please allow up to 5 working days as we make these up individually to order. In the unlikely event that we cannot fulfil your Gift Box order due to product shortages we reserve the right to substitute them for other products of an equivalent quality and value (if you would want us to check with you first please tell us in the comments box at the online checkout).

For all deliveries to Scottish Highlands, all other non-mainland UK destinations and EU Countries, we want to supply you with the most economical price for your requirements so please contact us by phone or email with your order and your delivery address - otherwise, you can select the exceptional parcel rate of £25.00.

Mainland UK orders will be delivered between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday (except bank holidays). If we are sending your order by courier, you will be emailed with your consignment number once your parcel is dispatched which you can then track at www.ukmail.biz. Deliveries will usually require a signature of receipt. If you need to advise us about any special arrangements concerning your delivery, please type us a note in the comments box when you confirm your order or give us a call on 0845 003 5483. 

We make every effort to employ a good delivery service for our customers but very occasionally things can go wrong. Please call us or email us if you experience any problems with delivery of your order and we will help in any way we can.
