One of four delicious products that we have selected for distribution in the UK from La Gergaleña, this essential, remarkable range offers hard-working chefs, cooks and consumers naturally sweet and unbelievably fresh-tasting traditional Spanish sauces at the flick of a jar lid.

Originally a small family company founded in 2001, La Gergaleña was bought in 2006 by the Caparrós Group, specialists in fresh food production in Andalucia. They engaged the services of the highly-prized local chef Antonio Gazquez to tweak the traditional home-grown recipes to perfection at his restaurant Las Eras in the Desert village of Tabernas, using the local fresh produce and extra virgin olive oil. All produce used is carefully hand-selected from the finest, freshest vegetables of the harvest. All batches are hand-made in laboratory conditions with mechanised bottling to preserve the sauces most effectively and naturally.
