Edeli Limited was formed in 2006 in Dorset to import some of the finest foods from Spain. Today we offer over 100 different lines from Coffee grown in Columbia and roasted in Alicante, grade 1 Saffron from La Mancha to Sea Urchin Caviar harvested off the coast of Asturias.

In September 2009 we re-located from the coast to the beautiful north Dorset village of Okeford Fitzpaine where we have formed edeli's sister company iluminada limited to supply Spanish produce to the catering industry and also offer outside catering (Giant Paellas, Chorizo or Fish on the Plancha) with a Spanish style but where possible using fresh quality west country ingredients such as Chorizo from Bath and Chickens from Sturminster Newton. So we have a new address and a new domain www.edeligroup.co.uk.

Edeli has always been about the quality and integrity of its imported foods, and has been extremely proud to be UK importer for Castillo de Tabernas extra virgin olive oils and Sotolongo aged wine balsamic vinegars since our first year in business. We continue to expand edeli's range of imports with Spanish foods that are fine, unique, delicious, natural and nutritious. We were thoroughly rewarded in our search with our appointment as exclusive UK importers for La Gergaleña sauces and antipasti, and the complete range from Miguel Torres S.A. Food Division, in August 2008. Our latest work is with Vianoleo S.L. creators of iO extra virgin olive oil.

In November 2008 we launched a very successful line of hampers made with our growing range of fine foods Spain, which can be viewed and ordered online: see spanish hamper bags or spanish hamper boxes. We plan to develop this area as we know our products, particularly the Torres range, make beautiful gifts for discerning foodies and lovers of Spain. We are a member of the Guild of Fine Food, Food Lovers Britain Approved, and support Buy Dorset buy local - we will always endeavour to use fresh local produce when preparing our giant paellas and even source our Chorizo in the West Country - it is truly fantastic and as good as anything you will find in Spain.

We supply our exclusive products wholesale to the fine food trade: to farm shops, food halls, delicatessens and restaurants and to specialist distributors - we do not supply to supermarkets.
